The Security Center architecture is based on a client-server model, where all system functions are handled by a pool of server computers distributed over an IP network.
Every Security Center system must have its own pool
of servers. Their number can range from a single machine for a small system to hundreds
of machines for a large-scale system.
NOTE: In the diagram, the blue server
icons represent the Security Center servers,
which also run the Config Tool and Security Desk client
applications.
