After generating a report, the results of your query are listed in the report pane. This section lists the columns available for the Cardholder access rights task.
- Cardholder
- Cardholder entity name.
- First name
- Cardholder or visitor’s first name.
- Last name
- Cardholder or visitor’s last name.
- Picture
- Cardholder or visitor’s picture.
- Member of
- All groups the cardholder belongs to.
- Granted access by
- Access rules granting the cardholder access to at least one of the selected entities (area, door, etc.).
- Denied access by
- Access rules denying access to at least one of the selected entities to the cardholder.
- Access to
- The access points that the cardholder or visitor has access to.
- Access rule expiration date
- Displays the date on which the access rule is set to expire.
- Activation
- Displays the date when the access rule was activated.
- Custom fields
- Any custom field for entities related to this report. Custom field are indicated with an entity icon and followed by the entity type in brackets. These columns only appear if custom fields are defined and were made visible to you when they were created or last configured.
