Report Manager - properties tab

Click the Properties tab to configure the default behavior of this role.
Customization
Logo
Adds a logo to the top-right corner of all reports that are exported as a PDF. The following image formats are supported:
  • BMP
  • JPEG
  • GIF
  • PNG
Header
Adds a header to the top-left corner of all reports that are exported as a PDF.
Footer
Adds a footer to the bottom-left corner of all reports that are exported as a PDF.
Preview sample report
Displays a preview of the report as it will appear when exported as a PDF.
Automatic report settings
Maximum number of results
Sets the maximum number of report results when using the Email a report or Export report actions.
NOTE: This limit applies to all reports saved in Excel and PDF formats, but to only one third of the reports saved in CSV format. The reports subject to this custom limit are those that don’t support the generate and save option (see About the maximum number of report results).
Display time based on
Sets the default time zone used for event time stamps in exported or emailed reports.
  • Display time based on device time zone: When turned on, it uses the device’s time zone instead of the default, but only if a device triggers the event.
  • Display time zone abbreviations: When turned on, this option adds time zone abbreviations to all timestamps displayed in reports.
Export report settings
Export destination folder
The destination folder for the reports that are saved using the Export report action. You can select a local drive or a network drive.
Email settings
User profile for securing emails
When selected, the access rights and privileges of the selected user profile are applied to emails sent to cardholders and external recipients. This is required because cardholders and external recipients don’t have existing access rights in Security Center.
NOTE: If a camera is blocked at a specific level, the user access level is applied to the Email a snapshot action.
Email compression
When enabled, this setting defines the maximum size for email attachments in the Email a report and Email snapshots actions. If an email attachment exceeds the configured size limit, it’s compressed into a ZIP file.
