The following issues are resolved in Camera Driver Pack 13.0.0 for Security Center.

Solution/Unit Issue Description
Avigilon 3870925 Avigilon H5 Dual Head camera models 6.0C-H5DH-D1-IR and 10.0C-H5DH-D1-IR use two Security Center camera licenses instead of one license.
Axis 3836935 In Config Tool, the Image rotation option is no longer available on the camera Hardware page for Axis cameras.
Bosch 3622393 For CPP13+ cameras, SRTP is requested even when encryption isn’t set to In transit and at rest.
Bosch 3839565 Certain Bosch cameras that use CPP13 and newer extensions crash in a loop after being enrolled in Security Center. This happened because the order of audio profiles didn’t match the order expected by Security Center.
Bosch 3841835 After an Archiver role fails over to the secondary server, the second stream stops working for some Bosch cameras.
Hanwha 3822136 WiseStream quality settings aren’t applied to cameras that only support WiseStream II.
Hanwha 3840696 When the input pin state changes on some Hanwha cameras, Security Desk doesn’t report the event.
Hanwha 3840718 WiseStream quality settings aren’t applied to cameras that use SUNAPI protocol version 2.6.3.
i-PRO 3689891 When Broadcast mode is enabled for i-PRO cameras, they aren’t discoverable in the Config Tool Unit Enrollment tool.
i-PRO 3775853 When the people counting operation schedule is turned off, the i-PRO camera goes offline.
i-PRO 3821964 When i-PRO or Panasonic units are configured with RTSP over TCP or RTSP over HTTP, the units show intermittent transmission loss.
ONVIF 3805503 The IP address in the playback request is different from the IP address used by Security Center to connect to the unit. As a result, playback fails for Generic Plus cameras in Security Center.
Video 3731425 When using an offline device and network share is unavailable, the GenetecVideoUnitControl32.exe process increases memory consumption over time.
Video 3773320 Video streams from dual-stream FLIR cameras are created in the wrong order. As a result, the thermal feature applies to the wrong video stream.
Video 3774695 When restarting the standby Archiver server, all multicast cameras lose recordings for a few seconds.
Video 3821665 Video isn’t recorded on the standby Archiver server when Redundant archiving and Recording modes are configured in Config Tool.
Video 3960738 Some cameras stopped recording after Security Center Driver Pack software was upgraded to 12.3.0. After restarting the Archiver role, the cameras resumed recording.
Vivotek 3729302 When some Genetec™ Protocol cameras, such as Vivotek IP9191- HT-v2, reconnect to the Archiver, the metadata overlay isn’t displayed or recorded.
