You can configure which hardware errors and warnings are active on your DMS entity.
These trigger the DMS hardware status alarm in Security
Desk.
Procedure

From the Config
Tool home page, open the
Area view task.

From the entity tree, select your DMS entity.

Click the Alarms tab, and select the alarms to enabled for this
entity:
NOTE: All alarm options are enabled by default. To remove alarm notifications on the
entity for all users, clear all of the check boxes.
- Alarm on central communication error
- Alarm on power error
- Alarm on attached device error
- Alarm on lamp error
- Alarm on pixel error
- Alarm on photocell error
- Alarm on message error
- Alarm on controller error
- Alarm on temperature warning
- Alarm on climate control error
- Alarm on critical temperature error
- Alarm on drum sign rotor error
- Alarm on door open warning
- Alarm on humidity warning
