The DMS message history task is a Security Center Digital Signage Management investigation task in Security Desk that shows the changes to messages activated on a sign.

What you should know

The report logs changes to messages activated on a sign. If a message is missing from the report, it is because the message was not activated during the specified time range.

Procedure

  1. From the Security Desk home page, open the DMS message history task.
  2. Select your DMS entities.
  3. Specify additional search filters:
    Message
    (Optional) Filter by activated message.
    Time range
    Filter by specific time range.
  4. Click Generate report.

Results

Changes to activated messages are listed in the report pane.
