If AVL units are low in the Z-order of map layers, they are hidden and unclickable.

Cause

Map layers, including entities like areas and AVL units, are arranged in a z-order where areas are displayed above the AVL units.

Solution

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Map Designer task.
  2. Click Map > Layers.
  3. Click AVL unit, and then click until it is above Area.

AVL units are now displayed on top of the layers displayed on a map.
