Route playback is used for reviewing incidents involving vehicles in your fleet. Route playback settings define the visual presentation of the Route playback task.

Setting name Description
Route playback
Continue on export failure When selected, route playback exports continue even if an error occurs.
Show graph tile When selected, the graph tile automatically appears and can be set to show vehicle metrics of your choosing, including speed, acceleration, and metadata.
Map tile history trail max points Select the maximum number of points that can be shown in the history trail section of the map tile.
NOTE: This setting affects the granularity of the known location icons that are shown in the map tile in the Vehicle route playback task. This helps prevent excess clutter on the map.
Map tile default zoom Select a geographic area that map tiles automatically zoom to fit.
Map tile export minimum zoom Select a geographic area that is automatically zoomed to during an export if the map is not already zoomed to this level.
Map tile show overlay When selected, the map tile shows an overlay including longitude, latitude, speed, and heading.
Seek video tiles while dragging timeline When selected, video tiles show the video for the selected time as you drag the playback timeline with the cursor.
Show location tile When selected, the location tile showing the vehicle's location on the map is shown automatically.
Location tile Select the metrics, like vehicle speed, altitude, and direction of travel, that are included in the location tile display.
Initial metadata maximum age Select the maximum age of metadata that is used to initialize metadata tiles at the start of playback.
Stop detection When selected, vehicle stops are displayed as red points on the map.
Stop radius Define the size of the area for the stops on your vehicle's route. A vehicle in your fleet that stops within the radius of a stop on its route is considered to be at the stop.

Define the size of the area used to detect when a vehicle has stopped. If a vehicle does not move outside the specified radius for the specified Stop duration, it is considered stopped.

Stop duration Select the minimum duration for which a vehicle's movement must remain within the stop radius to be considered stopped.
