Selecting columns in vehicle inventory settings impacts the information displayed by default in the Vehicle inventory task. These configurations ensure that the most relevant data is readily accessible, improving efficiency and focus on key details.

# Archivers When selected, the number of Archivers in use is displayed.
# Cameras When selected, the number of cameras in use is displayed
Archiver-Fault When selected, the number of Archivers in a fault state is displayed.
Camera-Fault When selected, the number of cameras in a fault state is displayed.
Configuration template When selected, the configuration template that is in use is displayed.
Disk health When selected, a disk health status of OK or Failed, is displayed.
GPS online When selected, the connection status of your GPS units is displayed.
GPS unit status When selected, GPS unit statuses are displayed.
Last all OK status update When selected, the time of the last issue-free status update is displayed.
Last geofence entry When selected, the last time the vehicle entered a geofence is displayed.
NOTE: This amount of time can be used with the Last known geofences setting to determine if a vehicle is in a known location, like a garage or parking area to verify location in later investigations.
Last known geofences When selected, the name of the last geofence a vehicle entered is displayed.
Last status update When selected, the time of the last status update a vehicle provided is displayed.
Power-Fault When selected, vehicle power fault statuses are displayed. This information helps track vehicles on which on-board devices are not working properly due to hardware issues.
SW version When selected, the Fleet Monitoring plugin software version being used aboard each vehicle is displayed. This information helps track which vehicle systems require software updates to ensure optimal performance.
VCB version When selected, the Vehicle Comm Bus (VCB) service version being used aboard a vehicle is displayed. VCB is an additional service provided for some rail applications.
Wi-Fi status When selected, the Wi-Fi connection status of your vehicles is displayed.
