Changing the administrator password on a SharpV unit (Basic) - Security Center 5.12

When you set up a new SharpV unit, you are prompted to change the default password. Choose a long, random, and unique password that is not shared with any other users. The password should contain uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and non-alphanumeric characters.

1. In the Sharp Portal, open the Security page from the Configuration menu.
2. In the Access section, click Modify password.
3. Enter your old password, then enter and confirm your new password.
4. Click Apply.
