All SharpX units ship with the same default factory password. During its configuration, it’s recommended that you replace the default password with a long, unique, and random password.

1. Open the Sharp Portal and select the Status page.
2. In the Actions section, click Change password.
   
3. Enter and confirm your new password.
4. Click OK.
