For every type of situation that requires monitoring and management, you can configure
custom incident categories in the Security Center Incident Snapshots Generator
plugin.
What you should know
You can use these incident categories to automate incident detection and system
actions.
Procedure

From the Config
Tool homepage, open the
System task.

Click the General settings view, and click the
Incident categories tab.

At the bottom of the incident categories list, click Add an item
(
).

In the Add category dialog box, enter the new incident category
name.
IMPORTANT: Incident categories must be named as follows Incident
snapshots generator - <Incident name> - <Code number>. The code
number must be between 0-999.

Click Add.
A new incident category appears in the threat level list.

Click Apply.
