After installing Security Center on a computer, you can add or remove the installed components.

Procedure

  1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Click Programs > Programs and Features.
  3. In the Programs and Features window, right-click Genetec Security Center Installer and then click Change.
    The Genetecâ„¢ Security Center Installer window opens on the Program Maintenance page.
  4. Click Modify.
    The Custom Setup page is displayed. The components that are currently installed on your computer are indicated with a black square in the check box.
    NOTE: The appearance of the check boxes might be slightly different if you are using Windows 11.
  5. Do any of the following:
    • Select a check box to install the component or, if it is already installed, to keep it.
    • Clear a check box to not install a component or, if it is already installed, to remove it.
    NOTE: Do not leave any black squares. A check box must either be selected, if you want that component on your computer, or cleared, if you do not want that component on your computer.
  6. Click Next.
    The modification process starts immediately.

Results

Your Security Center Installation is modified according to your new selections.
