If you are using Global Cardholder Management (GCM) and the Global Cardholder Synchronizer (GCS) role in your system, be aware of important limitations when upgrading to version 5.12.2.0.
For a Global Cardholder Synchronizer role (sharing guest) to connect to a sharing host running Security Center 5.12,
the following criteria must be met:
- The minimum Security Center version of the sharing guest is 5.8.
- The Security Center version of the sharing host must be equal to or higher than that of its sharing guests.
The following table shows the compatibility between sharing hosts and sharing guests
running different versions of Security Center:
