Discover the dashboard widgets added to Security Center by the Office Manager module. You can monitor the attendance, occupancy, and capacity of your office space, and gain insight into how your office space is being used.
Area analytic widgets
- Total attendance
- Reports the number of unique cardholders that attended the area each day, over a
specified time range.
- Current attendance capacity
- Reports the number of unique cardholders that accessed the area at least once during
the current day, as a percentage of the total area capacity.NOTE: For reports on the number of people currently in the area, you can use the People counting or Crowd density widgets, provided by the Traffic Sensor Management plugin.
- Area attendance
- Reports the attendance of areas as a percentage of the total office, based on desk
location and cardholder presence.
You can generate reports on the current attendance, the attendance leading up to the current day, or the attendance within a specified time range.
- Cardholder attendance count
- Reports the number of days that cardholders attended the area, over a specified time
range. Cardholders must have at least one attendance during the time frame to be
included in the report.
- Cardholder attendance rate
- Reports the frequency of cardholder attendance for the area.
You can specify which cardholders and areas to report on, and set the count for high, medium, and low attendance rates.
Desk analytic widgets
- Desk location
- Reports the desks that are found in the selected area, including its child areas.
- Desk attendance rate
- Reports the attendance rate of desks in a selected area, based on the number of
cardholders in attendance and the number of desks.
You can select whether the rate should be calculated using all cardholders or assigned cardholders, and all desks or assigned desks.
- Desk utilization
- Reports the desk designation type, assigned cardholders, and when the desk was last
used over a specified time range.
- Desk occupancy
- Reports the possible occupancy status of desks that are assigned to cardholders, in a
selected area: occupied, possibly occupied, or unoccupied.
You can configure desk occupancy rules from the Office Analytics plugin role.
Conference room analytic widgets
- Conference room occupancy
- Reports on the occupancy of a selected conference room.
