Security Center Office Manager is an occupancy management and office utilization module consisting of the Office Desks, Office Conference Rooms, and Office Analytics plugins. The module uses access control data from your cardholders to create visual reports on the attendance, occupancy, and capacity of your office space, and helps you manage and monitor how your workspace is being used.

Operator tasks using Security Desk

You can use Office Manager to do the following:
  • Visualize where desks are and what cardholders sit at them
  • Monitor how many and which cardholders are in attendance
  • Calculate how often a cardholder attends the office space
  • Analyze how assigned and unassigned desks are being used by cardholders
  • Analyze which areas of the office are being used as a percentage of the total office
  • Monitor the daily utilization of the office space
