Solution/Unit Issue Description
Access Control 2693028 Modifying a visitor created in Security Center 5.7 or earlier fails if there is no Visit date set.
Access Control 2684322 Synergis™ SaaS units appear offline in Config Tool even if they are actually online.
Access Control 2662819 A Global Cardholder Synchronizer role license is required on the Guest server to enable the Global Cardholder Synchronizer feature.
Access Control 2658087 Users with the Change Status (Credential) denied on a partition can still activate and deactivate credentials from the context menu.
Access Control 2657152 After a Directory restart, the Cardholder configuration and Credential configuration full report does not show Last access times.
Access Control 2634717 Some changes to cardholder properties are not synchronized with the Synergis™ Cloud Link if the changes are applied while the unit is offline.
Access Control 2595777 The Set reader mode action is unavailable in Config Tool and Security Desk if the Threat level feature is not enabled.
Access Control 2571558 You are unable to create a cardholder from the Cardholder management task from Security Desk or Config Tool if you have access to mandatory custom fields, or any non-mandatory custom fields that are modified during cardholder creation.
Workaround: Save the cardholder before modifying the custom fields. This only works for custom fields that are not mandatory.
Access Control 2499670 When using the unit replacement tool on an access control unit, the tool replaces the unit's password with an old one if the password doesn't match with Synergis™ Cloud Link.
Access Control 2417664 Canceling a scheduled firmware upgrade for an Access Control unit sends the firmware package update to the unit right away.
Access Control 1010579 Advanced settings for returning visitors are not saved in the Visitor management task.

Workaround: Restart the Federation™ role.

Axis 2654916 Changing the sensitivity of microphones does not work for Axis units that support automatic gain for audio.
