Security Center 5.11.0.0 includes the following access control enhancements.

General enhancements

Unit replacement enhancements
You can now use the Unit replacement tool to replace the following units with a next-generation Synergis™ Cloud Link unit:
  • Next-generation Synergis™ Cloud Link units
  • Legacy Synergis™ Cloud Link units
  • Synergis™ Master Controller (SMC) units running Synergis™ Softwire 10.11
  • HID V1000 units
Support for peer-to-peer
Next-generation Synergis™ Cloud Link units now support peer-to-peer communication. This requires Synergis™ Cloud Link firmware 2.0.3 or later.

Reporting enhancements

New report filters
You can now use the following filters to generate reports:
  • Access point: Restrict the search to a specific door side or access point (input, output, reader) in the Cardholder activities and I/O configuration reports.
  • Credential: Filter on whether or not the cardholder or visitor has a credential assigned in the following reports:
    • Cardholder configuration
    • Cardholder management
    • Visitor management
  • Side: Restrict the search to a specific door side in the Door activities report.
  • Type: Filter by area, cardholder, cardholder group, door, elevator, schedule, or visitor in the Access rule configuration report.
New report pane columns
You can now filter your reports with the following columns:
  • Email address: Filter by the email address of a cardholder or visitor in the Access rule configuration report.
  • Description: Filter by the description of a cardholder or visitor in the Cardholder configuration report.
  • Insertion timestamp: Filter by the date and time that the event was saved in the Access Manager database in the following reports:
    • Access control unit events
    • Area activities
    • Door activities
    • Cardholder activities
    • Visitor activities
    • Credential activities
    • Elevator activities

This is useful to track delays between the event timestamp on the unit and the insertion timestamp.

Report accuracy indicator
If units, devices, or interface modules were offline while you generated a report, you now get a warning indicating that events might be missing from the following reports:
  • Access control unit events
  • Area activities
  • Door activities
  • Cardholder activities
  • Visitor activities
  • Credential activities
  • Elevator activities
