Access 3471724 5.12.0.0 In Config Tool, when applying an access rule on a Synergis™ IX intrusion detection area, the Access Manager does not sync to the CloudLink. Configuration changes are not sent to the Synergis Cloud Link access control unit.
Workaround: Start the sync from the door.
Access 3468272 5.12.0.0 When deleting an archived visitor, the cardholder information is still cached in Security Desk, and the information is shown in reports.
Workaround: Log out and then log back on.
Access 3420823 5.12.0.0 In the MIFARE DESFire configuration task, users cannot copy an inline cryptographic key even though they have the Copy keys privilege.
Workaround: Grant them the Remove keys privilege as well.
All 3513510 5.12.0.0 If an alarm is acknowledged while generating an alarm report with no query filters applied, a timeout might occur with an Export has failederror message.
Workaround: None.

Video 3486351 5.12.0.0 When Custom events is selected in Config Tool for an existing Federation role, the custom events shown in Security Desk > Monitoring for cameras from that Federation role display the following error instead of the event name: Unavailable information.

All 3410560 5.11.3.0 Syncing the Active Directory role fails if two PIN credentials are duplicated on a single cardholder.

All 2646937 5.10.0.0 Users are unable to link a custom field of type Date to an Active Directory attribute.
ALPR 2617728 5.10.0.0 The Reset parking zone inventory action fails when it is triggered by an event-to-action configuration.
ALPR 2483593 5.10.0.0 After connecting to a new Archiver, the devices in the ALPR Manager role do not reconnect.
Workaround: Restart the ALPR Manager role.
Unification 3061860 5.10.0.0 Encrypted custom fields added in Security Center version 5.10.3 do not work in Web Client.
Video 3429801 5.10.4.9 A camera with a wide aspect ratio that is digitally zoomed in on a tile fails to zoom in, keeping the black bars at the top and bottom of the video feed.

ALPR 2494859 5.9.2.0 The Parking occupancy task in Security Desk does not run the AutoVu™ Free-Flow Dashboard plugin. The web page opens with an HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found error.
Workaround: Upgrade your Free-Flow plugin to version 9.0.1.
ALPR 2494349 5.9.2.0 The Pay-by-Plate server is unreachable warning still shows when the Free-Flow port on the ALPR Manager and the Genetec Patroller™ communication port on the Pay-By-Plate plugin match.
Workaround: Restart the Pay-by-Plate plugin.
ALPR 2314836 5.9.0.0 After upgrading to Security Center 5.9.0.0, the Performance counter does not start automatically.
Workaround:
  1. In the Windows Task Scheduler, open the Task Scheduler Library folder in the side menu.
  2. Navigate to Microsoft > Windows > PLA.
  3. Right-click your Genetec Inc. tasks and select Run.
Axis 2299488 5.9.0.0 Upgrading the firmware of an Axis camera using the IPv6 address is not supported.
Workaround: Use the IPv4 address to update the firmware.
