Access 4403374 A user who has the Encode smart card privilege set to Undefined at the global level can encode a badge even though this privilege is explicitly denied on the partition they are a member of.
Access 4224140 In Security Center, you need the Modify access control unit properties privilege to shunt and unshunt inputs or readers.
All 4519463 When upgrading a federated system to Security Center 5.12.2.0 or later, federated entities may be deleted and recreated while the license needs to be reapplied.
All 4518313 When upgrading to Security Center 5.13.0.0 or later, users may be unable to create new incidents, and the following message appears: Database transaction has failed.
All 4516994 In Config Tool, users and user groups synchronized with an Active Directory role, Federation™ role, or Authentication Service role can’t be added as members of a local group.

ALPR 4471811 In the Config Tool Hardware inventory task, you can't upgrade a Sharp unit when a local time zone is +01:00 or higher.
ALPR 4369608 In the Security Center Hotlist and permit editor task, when you import a CSV file with one or more rows that are missing columns, the application crashes. This issue persists in both the Config Tool and Security Desk.
ALPR 4369188 In Security Desk, when running a Reads and hits report, if you select a specific range in the From field and select Now in the To field, one of the following occurs:
  • Security Desk freezes.
  • The following error message is displayed: An unhandled exception occurred.
Video 4519317 Using SQL Server authentication to connect to the Archiver database causes the Archiver agent to crash with a memory exception.
Video 4517518 When dewarping the center of a Bosch Fisheye camera image in the Security Desk Monitoring task, the zoom function stops working. The image freezes until the cursor is moved away from the center.
Video 4502473 On the Archive transfer page in the Config Tool Video task, transferring video from a camera's SD card to the Archiver randomly fails. A Connection lost error message is displayed.
Video 4501069 In the Config Tool Health history and Health statistics tasks, Archiver roles don't appear in the report results when they're selected in the Observer entity filter.
Video 447119 The Archiver deletes Block events before the camera’s retention period instead of updating them. Any video recorded after the retention period remains unblocked until the next Unblock event.
Video 4470982 In the Security Desk Bookmarks task, the bookmark's thumbnail doesn't match the bookmark's creation frame.
Video 4470891 In the Config Tool Video task, the cameras' recording tab displays the Automatic cleanup value set on the Archiver before it was changed in the Per-Server settings section. It doesn't display the new configuration.
Video 4402405 In the Security Desk Monitoring task, the following idle commands stop randomly for PTZ cameras if the ArchiverAgent crashes or is restarted:

Video 4370076 In the Config Tool Video task, the Save button might be grayed out in the Transfer group properties dialog box for transfers of type Retrieved from edge.
Video 4368791 In the Security Desk Archives task, frame rates drop and images freeze when you zoom in on a video file recorded by an 8K camera.
Video 4356100 In Security Center, live or playback video streams often fail to load. When they do load, the video slows down due to a memory leak in the Redirector process.
Video 4355922 The ArchiverAgent process might crash because of increased memory usage.
Video 4355688 You can't use the PTZ controls for a camera if your PTZ control privilege is granted in the Workstation Management task.
Video 4355184 In Security Center, you can't play back a federated camera even with the proper privilege.
Video 4321336 Gaps occur in what should be continuous recording when exporting video from an Auxiliary Archiver that has the following criteria:
  • a digital signature
  • encryption set to In transit and at rest enabled
Video 4160167 When a Wearable Camera Manager role and one of its linked Archiver roles are restarted simultaneously, conversions for wearable camera uploads will not be launched for that Archiver. As a result, video files are uploaded, but cannot be played.
Video 4030227 Even though a video file is corrupt, sometimes the Video File Analyzer, Genetec Video Player, and Video file explorer still display a valid digital signature.
