Access 4807127 5.13.3.0 If you remove all cardholders from a group, the downstream controllers might not sync immediately. This can cause incorrect access decisions.

Workaround: Isolate the Federation role by hosting it on an expansion server running the same major version of Security Center.

Video 4773641 5.13.3.0 In the Security Desk Monitoring task, you can’t view live video on cameras streaming with the MPEG-4 codec when the network is configured to use Unicast UDP. The video is distorted, or the stream is stuck in the Decoding stream state.
Workaround: Use a different codec or configure the network to use Unicast TCP.
Video 4772275 5.13.3.0 In Config Tool, the Archiver role goes offline when transferring edge recordings to the Security Center archives folder.
Video 4664568 5.13.3.0 When you use the Copy configuration tool to copy an Axis camera's Network settings to another camera, it incorrectly turns on the Large RTP packets option on the other camera.
Video 4664557 5.13.3.0 In Security Desk, when you generate a report in the Camera events task and select Unit connected or Unit lost from the list of events, the report returns no data on those events.
