Read retention period is set to more than 90 days, back
up the read database before upgrading to Security Center 5.14.0.0 or later. Then,
after upgrading to a Security Center version that resolves this issue, merge the
read database backup file to preserve reads older than 90 days.

video on cameras streaming with the MPEG-4 codec when the network is configured to
use Unicast UDP. The video is distorted, or the stream is stuck in the

TCP.
