If the TSS zone history report is not returning any data, you might want to verify that your TSS zone has a configured Saturation value, and that your TSS zone history report is not set to filter out data that has an unknown status.
Unspecified TSS zone Saturation value
Description: The TSS zone history report does not generate a report if a TSS zone's Saturation value is unspecified.
Solution: In Config Tool, from your TSS entity's Zones tab, make sure that you have entered a value for the Saturation value option.
Unknown status filter is on
Description: The TSS zone history report does not generate a report if it is set to filter out all available data types. If the TSS model associated to your TSS zone does not support volume, speed, or occupancy, or has an unknown status for one of these values, then it is not displayed in the report.
Solution: In the TSS zone history report, under Filters, turn off the Unknown status filter option.
