To use simulated TSS data from the GenetecVSO macro, you must configure an event-to-action to run the macro.

Procedure

  1. Open the System task, and click the General settings view.
  2. Click the Actions page, and click Add an item ().
  3. From the When drop-down list in the Event-to-action dialog box, select an event type.
(Optional: ALPR only) If you select License plate read, you can specify a condition for LicensePlateRead events.
  4. From the Action drop-down list, select Run a macro.
  5. From the Macro drop-down list, select GenetevVSO.
  6. In the Context option, click Override, and configure the macro's execution context:
    Custom Event ID
Leave this field as it is.
    TSS GUID
Select the Genetec™ TSS entity (and not the TSS zone).
    Zone ID
Enter the ID of the TSS zone you want to send data to.
    Count
Enter the count to add to the TSS zone every time the macro runs.
    Speed
Enter the speed to add to the TSS zone every time the macro runs. The plugin averages these speeds over the time period configured.
    Occupancy

  7. In the Effective option, click Always, and select a schedule when this event-to-action is active.
  8. Click Save.
The Save button is only available when all the arguments required by the event-to-action type are specified.
