If you re-arrange multiple monitor setups and cannot see the Security Desk application after signing in, you have to reposition the application window.

Cause

If you sign in to Security Desk but cannot find the application window, your display settings might affect how your active applications are displayed on your desktop.

Solution

To find the Security Desk application window:

  1. Ensure that Security Desk is active by clicking the application from the task bar.
  2. Press Alt+Spacebar.
  3. Press the Down arrow key twice, and then press Enter.
  4. Press any arrow key and hold to reposition the application window.
