After generating a report, the results of your query are listed in the report pane. This section lists the columns available for the Cardholder management task.

First name
Cardholder’s first name.
Last name
Cardholder’s last name.
Picture
Cardholder’s picture.
Cardholder status
The cardholder’s profile status.
Cardholder groups
Cardholder groups that the cardholder or visitor belongs to.
Email address
Cardholder or visitor’s email address.
Mobile phone number
Cardholder or visitor's mobile phone number.
Last access time
Time of the last access event involving the cardholder, visitor, or credential.
Last access location
Location of the last access event involving the cardholder, visitor, or credential.
Last access decision
Result of the last access event involving the cardholder, visitor, or credential.
Can escort visitors
Indicates whether or not the cardholder can act as a visitor host (can be switched on or off).
Security clearance
The cardholder’s security clearance level.
Activation date
Date and time when the cardholder's profile activates.
Cardholder
Cardholder entity name.
Creation date
Date and time when the cardholder's profile was created. For federated cardholders, it is the original creation date, not when the cardholder was federated. For federated systems earlier than 5.12, the creation date is displayed as a dash (-).
Description
Description of the event, activity, entity, or incident.
IMPORTANT: To comply with State laws, if the Report generated option is used for an Activity trails report that contains ALPR data, the reason for the ALPR search is included in the Description field.
Expiration date
Date and time when the cardholder or visitor's profile expires.
Role
Role type that manages the selected entity.
Custom fields
Predefined custom fields for the entity. The columns only appear if custom fields are defined for the entity and were made visible to you when they were created or last configured.
