After generating a report, the results of your query are listed in the report pane. This section lists the columns available for the Cardholder access rights task.

Cardholder groups
Cardholder groups that the cardholder or visitor belongs to.
Cardholder
Cardholder entity name.
First name
Cardholder or visitor’s first name.
Last name
Cardholder or visitor’s last name.
Picture
Cardholder or visitor’s picture.
Cardholder status
The cardholder’s profile status.
Area
Area name.
Door side
Door side name.
Granted access by
Access rules granting the cardholder access to at least one of the selected entities (area, door, etc.).
Denied access by
Access rules denying access to at least one of the selected entities to the cardholder.
Credential
Name of the credential held by the cardholder. If the cardholder holds multiple credentials, they are displayed in a comma-separated list.
Credential code
Facility code and card number.
Credential status
The status of the cardholder or visitor’s credential: Active; Inactive.
Bypass antipassback rules
Whether or not the cardholder is exempt from all antipassback restrictions.
Cardholder activation date
Displays the date when the cardholder was activated.
Cardholder expiration date
Displays the date when the cardholder will expire.
Extended grant time
Whether the cardholder has been granted more time to pass through doors. Typically configured for cardholders with reduced mobility.
Last access decision
Result of the last access event involving the cardholder, visitor, or credential.
Last access location
Location of the last access event involving the cardholder, visitor, or credential.
Last access time
Time of the last access event involving the cardholder, visitor, or credential.
Custom fields
Predefined custom fields for the entity. The columns only appear if custom fields are defined for the entity and were made visible to you when they were created or last configured.
