You can configure the lighting conditions to use the Arecont camera's internal logic.

What you should know

Arecont binning mode performs on the first stream of the encoder of single and multi-channel cameras. The combination of the Day/Night mode selected on the unit’s Properties along with the Binning Mode selected on the Video tab of Config Tool controls the resulting video quality. You can set the cameras to always bin the pixls. It does not matter what is selected from Day/Night mode in the camera's Properties tab.

Procedure

To configure the lighting conditions for continual binning:

Select both Day and Night in Binning Mode in the Video tab of Config Tool.
