Configuring PTZ for Bosch MIC-9000 units - Security Center 5.10.4.0

The MIC 9000 unit might register as two non-PTZ cameras. To use PTZ controls for the Bosch MIC-9000 unit, you must first configure the cameras in Security Center.

1. Open the Video task in Config Tool.
2. Select the Archiver and click Add an entity > Video unit.
3. Expand the unit and select the first camera.
4. Click the Hardware tab.
5. Turn on the PTZ option.
6. From the Protocol drop-down list, select Philips.
7. Set the serial port to the one associated with the unit. The PTZ address won’t change.
8. Click Apply.
9. Select the second camera, and repeat the configuration steps.
