Configuring Sony 5th generation cameras - Security Center 5.10.4.0

To prevent Sony 5th generation cameras from going offline in Security Center, it is recommended to set the Transaction timeout to 60 seconds.

1. From the Video task in Config Tool, select the Archiver that is managing the unit.
2. Click the Extensions tab, and then click the Sony extension.
3. From the Transaction timeout drop-down list in the General section, select 60 sec.
4. Click Apply.
