Enabling PTZ controls for ACTi KCM-3911 units - Security Center 5.10.4.0

To enable PTZ controls for ACTi KCM-3911 units in Security Center, there is some additional configuration required in the unit’s web page.

1. Open the unit's web page.
2. Click Setup > Video & Audio > Camera Options.
3. From the Stream Mode drop-down list, select ePTZ or 6 Streams.
   Tip: The PTZ movements in Security Center might be smoother if you select the 6 Streams mode.
