Adding a Teleste encoder to Security Center - Security Center 5.11.3.0

It is possible to add a Teleste encoder to Security Center as a multicast listener.

1. From the Video task in Config Tool, select the Archiver you want to add the unit to.
2. Click Add an entity () > Video unit.
3. In the Manual add dialog box beside Manufacturer, select Teleste.
4. From the Product type list, select Multicast listener.
5. In the IP address field, enter the IP address of the encoder.
6. Enter the appropriate username and password.
7. Complete the rest of the fields, and click Add.
8. When the unit is added, select it in the entity tree then click the Video tab.
9. Under Network settings, enter the multicast address range and the port number that you want the encoder to listen to.
10. Click Add.
11. Restart the unit for your changes to take effect.
