To add these NVR models: ND9213P, ND9323P, ND9425P to Security Center, you must configure certain settings in Config Tool.

1. From the Config Tool homepage, open the Video task.
2. Click Add ().
   The Manual add dialog box opens.
3. In the Manufacturer list, select Vivotek.
4. In the Product type list, select ND9213P/ND9323P/ND9425P.
5. Enter the NVR IP address.
6. Click Add.
7. Open the unit's web page.
8. Ensure the Recording Profile in Config Tool uses the same video encoding as the Recording Profile on the unit's webpage.
