After you attach a WV-SPN6R481 RS-485 output unit to a WV-SPN631 or WV-SPN611 camera,
you must configure a RS-485 serial port on the camera's web page.
Before you begin
Install the WV-SPNR481 output unit on the back of your camera. For more information,
see your i-PRO documentation.
Procedure

Open the web page for the camera that has the WV-SPN481 attached (WV-SPN631 or
WV-SPN63).

Click and then click the Back unit tab.

Enter the following settings:
- RS485 transmission
- On
- Communication method
- 4-line
- Baud rate
- 9600bps
- Data bit
- 8bit
- Parity check
- None
- Protocol
- Pelco D or Pelco P
- Unit address
- 01 (for Pelco D) or 02 (for Pelco P)

Add the unit in Security
Center.
