To use the March Networks MegaPX PTZ dome unit, you must first configure the
transaction timeout in Security Center to ensure the
unit does not go offline.
What you should know
If you do not configure the transaction timeout value, the timeout will default to 10
seconds.
Procedure

From the Video task in Config Tool, select the Archiver to
configure.

Click Video unit (
).
The Manual add dialog box opens.

From the Manufacturer list, select
ONVIF and from the Product type
list, select All.

In the HTTP port field, enter 8000
and click Add.

Click the Extensions tab, and click the Generic
Plus extension.

Set the Transaction timeout to 30 seconds.

At the bottom of the Extensions tab, click
Advanced settings.

In Advanced settings, click .

In the Name column, type
WcfSendTimeout.

In the Value column, type
60000.

Click .
