When restoring a unit to the factory default settings, you must preserve your VADP and network settings, otherwise the VADP is deleted and the camera cannot be added to Security Center.

Procedure

  1. Open the unit's web page.
  2. Click System > Maintenance.
  3. Click the Configuration tab.
  4. Under Restore, make sure you select both the Network and VADP options.
  5. Click Restore.
