Before adding Comtex WB-H811 units in Security Center, you must complete some pre-configuration steps.

What you should know

To use PTZ controls with Comtex WB-H811 units, the PTZ protocol, Camera ID, and Baud rate must be set using the unit's web page.

Procedure

  1. Open the unit's web page.
  2. Click Video Settings.
  3. Under Streaming 1 Settinsgs, set the following options:
    Video Format
    H.264
    RTSP Path
    v1h264 (this field is case sensitive)
  4. Click Apply.
