Configuring Interlogix TruVision units - Security Center 5.8.2.0

You must configure certain settings on the unit's web page before adding Interlogix TruVision units to Security Center.

To set the video type:

1. Open the unit's web page.
2. Click Configuration > Video & Audio.
3. From the Video Type drop-down list, select Video&Audio for the following Stream Types:
   • Main Stream
   • Substream

To set the capture mode:

1. Open the unit's web page.
2. Click Configuration > Image.
3. Under Video Adjustment, select the desired capture mode from the Capture Mode drop-down list.
   NOTE: The Capture Mode is set to OFF on the unit's web page by default.

   Certain units such as TVD-3104 have no capture mode.

To set the unit hardware motion:

1. Open the unit's web page.
2. Click Configuration > Basic Event.
3. Select the Enable Motion Detection check box.
4. Set the Configuration field to Advanced.
5. Draw the motion area by selecting Draw Area.

(Optional) To set the audio output:

1. Open the unit's web page.
2. Click Live View.
3. To use the camera's Audio output, click the Live view microphone icon at the bottom right corner.
   NOTE: This setup could stop working if the live view web page is manipulated.
