You can configure the lighting conditions to use the Arecont camera's internal logic.

What you should know

Arecont binning mode performs on the first stream of the encoder of single and multi-channel cameras. The combination of the Day/Night mode selected on the unit’s Properties along with the Binning Mode selected on the Video tab of Config Tool controls the resulting video quality.

Procedure

  1. Select the camera from the Logical view of Config Tool.
  2. Click the Properties tab.
  3. Select Automatic from Binning Mode in the Video tab of Config Tool.
    NOTE: Selecting Day or Night in Binning Mode on the Video tab has no effect.
