Certain configuration procedures require you to restart the Sharp camera. You can do this from the Sharp Portal.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Sharp Portal.
  2. Go to the Status page.
  3. Click Reboot Sharp, then click OK to confirm.

    The connection to the Sharp Portal is momentarily lost.

  4. Wait a few minutes to allow the Sharp to restart, then refresh the browser window to log on again.
