Before you synchronize SiPass credentials with the plugin, you must enable credential synchronization in the Genetec.Plugins.SiPass.dll.config file.

What you should know
- By default, credential synchronization is disabled by the plugin. CAUTION:Enabling credential synchronization impacts the plugin performance.
- All credentials are imported in PIN format.
Procedure
- In Windows File Explorer, navigate to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Security Center Plugins\SiPass folder and open the Genetec.Plugins.SiPass.dll.config file.

Change
<add key="SynchronizeCredentials" value="false" />to<add key="SynchronizeCredentials" value="true" />. - Save and close the file.
- Restart the plugin role.
