You can perform SiPass Manual Override commands on SiPass entities from Security Desk. For example, you can allow access to a SiPass door or arm a SiPass intrusion area.

Location of actions in the SiPass Intergrated Operation Client software

The actions that you can perform on a SiPass entity in Security Center correspond to the Manual Override commands you can perform in the SiPass Integrated client. You can find the commands by clicking Operation > Manual Override, as shown below.

Triggering a SiPass command automatically in Security Center

In Security Center, you can trigger actions automatically in SiPass using:
  • Hot actions
  • Event-to-actions
  • Scheduled tasks

Triggering a SiPass command manually in Security Desk

To trigger an action on a SiPass entity in Security Desk, do one of the following:

  • Right-click the entity, then select an action from the context menu.
  • Select an entity, in the entity's widget, click an action. Only some actions are available from a widget.
    NOTE: Unlocking a door using the widget's Door button is not supported.

The plugin supports the following actions in Security Center, each one corresponding to a Manual Override command in SiPass Integrated software:
