A user cannot see the Sipelia™ icon in the notification tray of Security Desk.
What you should know
This issue typically occurs when Sipelia™ Client has not been installed properly or has been installed with an unsupported Security Center version. For more information on Security Center compatibility with Sipelia™, see the Sipelia™ Release Notes.
- Ensure that you are using a compatible version of Security Center.
- If the problem is still present, restart Security Desk.
- If the problem is still present, restart the computer on which Security Desk is running.
- If you are still unable to see the icon in the notification tray, uninstall and re-install Sipelia™ Client on the computer.
