If you are running more than one instance of the Sipelia™ plugin, the system generates an error and the role fails to load.

What you should know

Multiple instances of the Sipelia™ plugin on one system are not supported. If you have more than one instance of the plugin, the additional instances will remain in error state with a message: Role failed to load - Only one instance of the Sipelia™ Plugin can be running in the system.

Procedure

  1. In Config Tool, open the Plugins task.
  2. Decide which instance of the Sipelia™ plugin you want to keep.
  3. Delete all other instances of the Sipelia™ plugin.
