To ensure that the Aiphone IX-DVM device is properly configured with Sipelia, validate the following settings and functions:
Checking the Aiphone XI-DVM intercom’s registration to Sipelia
In Config Tool, under the VoIP inventory task, the device should appear as available.
Calling the Aiphone XI-DVM intercom from Sipelia
From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Sipelia Address Book. To access the address book, click the green phone icon.
Note: When an intercom with firmware 5.75 is called from Security Desk, the intercom does not send video.
Calling Sipelia from the Aiphone XI-DVM intercom
If you press the call button on the Aiphone IX-DVM device, you should receive a call in Sipelia.
