Go to the VoIP section, and in SIP settings do the following:

  1. Select Enable SIP.

  2. Select Allow incoming SIP calls.

  3. In the SIP port field, enter 5060.

  4. In the SIP TLS port field, enter 5061.

  5. In the Advanced SIP Settings, check the Disable Automatic UDP to TCP Switch option

  6. Click Save.
