To ensure that the Axis A8004-VE or Axis A8105-E device is properly configured with Sipelia™, validate the following settings and functions.
Checking the Axis A8004-VE or Axis A8105-E intercom’s registration to Sipelia
In VoIP in the Account Settings tab, the Registration Status should be green.
Calling Sipelia from the Axis A8004-VE or Axis A8105-E intercom
Log into Security Center as the Operator contact that you created. If you press the call button on the Axis A8004-VE or Axis A8105 device, you should receive a call in Sipelia.

From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Sipelia Address Book. To access the address book, click the green phone icon.
