To ensure that the Axis D4100-E device is properly configured with Sipelia, validate the following settings and functions.
Calling the Axis D4100-E intercom from Sipelia
From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Sipelia Address Book. To access the address book, click the green phone icon.
When the call is established, the profile actions that you configured on the Axis D4100-E device should trigger. The device returns to the idle state when the call is ended.
Initiating a call to the paging zone for your Axis D4100-E intercoms
To test that the paging zone that you created in Security Center is working, initiate a call to the paging zone and click Broadcast. This will initiate a call with each device included in the paging zone. The profile actions configured on the Axis D4100-E device should trigger for the duration of the PA announcement.
