From the Axis I8016-LVE or Axis A8207-VE intercom’s website, you can create contacts that the device can call when pressing the intercom button.

  1. Go to the Contact List section.

  2. Click Add Contact.

  3. In the First name field, enter a first name to identify the contact.

  4. In the Last name field, enter a last name to identify the contact.

  5. In the SIP address field, enter the extension you want to dial when the button is pressed. 

  6. In the SIP account field, enter the SIP account you created.

  7. Click Save.

The contact has been created.

  1. Go to the Call Button section.

  2. Select Enable call button.

  3. Disable Make calls in the video management system (VMS).

  4. In Standby light, select On.

  5. In Recipients, enter the contact you created.
