To trigger an action for the Bosch intercom, you need to configure a rule.

  1. Go to the Rules section.

  2. Click (+) to add a new rule.

    The configuration page for the rule opens.

  3. In the Label field, enter a unique name for the rule.

  4. Select Enabled to enable the rule.

  5. In the Priority field, use the (+) and the (-) to increase or decrease the priority of the rule.

  6. From the SIP account drop-down list, select the SIP account that you created.

  7. For the following settings, these are the recommended configurations:

    • Trigger type: SIP

    • Schedule type: Always

    • Action type: Route call

    • Audio mode: Full duplex

    • GPO action: NONE

  8. Click Save.
